Artist Submissions

Thank you for con­sid­er­ing Kala Gallery to rep­re­sent your work.  We are always search­ing for unique work and look for­ward to see­ing your cre­ations.  We are look­ing to estab­lish a col­lab­o­ra­tive and exclu­sive rela­tion­ship with our artists.

As Kala has grown, so have artist requests to be rep­re­sented by Kala. There­fore, we have cre­ated the below guide­lines to ensure proper consideration.

To Sub­mit by Email:

Send emails to kalagallery@att.net.

  • Sub­ject line must read:  SUBMISSION fol­lowed by the medium you work in as to not be marked as junk.
  • Down­load, com­plete and attach our Artist Sub­mis­sion Infor­ma­tion Form.  Emails not con­tain­ing a com­pleted Artist Sub­mis­sion Infor­ma­tion Form will not be considered.
  • Attach 3 – 6 clear pho­tos of your work, in JPG for­mat, and sized appro­pri­ately for onscreen view­ing.  Please do not exceed 1MB in mes­sage size.

Please do not add us to your email newslet­ter list after sub­mit­ting your work.

If you do not have access to email, please down­load and send the com­pleted Artist Sub­mis­sion Infor­ma­tion Form, pho­tos, cat­a­log or CD of your work to:

Please do not send any­thing you wish returned as we are unable to keep up with the return of items.

NOTE: As sub­mis­sions are han­dled pri­vately, please do not fol­low up with emails or calls to our store.  We will con­tact you if we are inter­ested in order­ing or have fur­ther ques­tions about your work. Unfor­tu­nately, we are not able to talk to each artist. Please under­stand that we are not able to carry all the items we like. Choos­ing to not carry an artist’s work does not mean that we were not impressed with the work they are creating.
